Before joining Baxter, he was the Financial Controller and deputy CFO with Energis Carrier Services Europe and prior to that he worked as an Accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Michael started his career with AT&T Corp. in 1989 where he held numerous finance positions including Senior Corporate Auditor EMEA in countries such as Switzerland, UK and USA. Michael received an M.B.A. from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (North Dakota) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
