Since 2005 he serves as CEO of Necura Pharmaceuticals, Basel Switzerland. From 1999 to 2004 he was involved in the build-up and trade-sale of the Actelion-daughter company "Hesperion". He gained 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry while being with Roche or serving as CEO for Sandoz subsidiaries as well as in planning, research controlling or as head of finance. Dr. von Wunschheim is a member of the board of directors of Schoeller-Preleuthner. He holds a degree as Dr. iur. from Vienna, Austria and an MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France.
